Happy Monday, everybody! In social studies today, we are going to start our last step for the Famous American project. There are two pieces to this. The first is to create one last slide, one that tells where you person is now (alive or dead). If you already wrote about their death, that's okay! Instead, create one more event slide. The second piece is super important. You need to look back on what you've written and make sure it makes sense, uses proper grammar, and is on topic. The last part, staying on topic, is the hardest. Feel free to have an adult at home help you look over your project. Once you're done, hit submit on the Famous American Project Slides assignment (not Step Three, that's just the directions)! You can easily get to this by going to the social studies / science class and clicking on "Classwork" (red arrow below). Then, at the very bottom (green arrow) is your final project. If you think you've typed in the wrong spot, don't worry! I probably already moved it over for you. Take a look, and if your work isn't there, reach out and I will help you! You have all week, and I actually broke down what I think would make sense and hopefully ease the stress on this. Give it a look, and have fun! Perhaps you'll even have time to do a side crank up project. This is definitely a project you can reach out for if you need help. Mrs. Erving and I are happy to help with any piece of this.
Math today starts with Anna wishing you good luck for a reason. One, because she hears me recording and usually insists on saying hello. The second is that this lesson puts a lot of skills together. If it is feeling really frustrating, reach out and we can work on it together. There is also a whole group live practice tomorrow! Come and you may end up in one of my stories... probably eating some type of treat or playing with a cute animal. That's it from me! Office Hours: 8:30 - 9:30 (or 10:00 - 11:00 depending on when Chris naps) 1:00 - 2:00 6:00 - 7:30
